This month is about staying consistent and getting supported. We have updated two important awareness trainings – Domestic Violence Awareness and Sexual Harassment in the Workplace. Both are available on our website. This month we are also rolling out our monthly AI trainings to help beauty professionals save time with admin, communicate better with clients and stay visible without burning out.

These courses are now updated and available on our website. They are 1 hour on-demand courses. Once you complete the course, you will receive a 1 hour certificate of completion. Domestic Violence Awareness is only required 1 time in your career. Sexual Assault Awareness in the Workplace is required every renewal. Click the links below to get started. This is part of our monthly series we will conduct on AI essentials to help you feel more comfortable using AI and to help you actually get stuff done. What to Work on This Month (February Checklist)
Pick 3–5 items and knock them out before month-end.
☐ Pull your January numbers: revenue, top service, busiest days
☐ Organize receipts + expenses (tax prep starts now—don’t wait)
☐ Update your booking link + policies (late/cancel/no-show clarity)
☐ Create 2 rebooking texts and schedule them (keep repeat clients consistent)
☐ Plan 8 content posts for March (so you’re not scrambling later)
☐ Attend the AI workshop and implement one AI workflow that same week
☐ Create a “spring prep” offer (package or add-on without discounting your value)
Small consistent actions in a quiet season can set you up for a strong spring.
